Tom Costello brings to 'à la carte' PR years of experience in all aspects of the Information Technology industry. Formerly with a large Information Technology company, Tom has been posted in numerous locations on the east coast. His experience includes business process consulting in banking, retail and utilities industry, as well as education and technology marketing and sales.
Tom is a principal in several companies that remarket Information Technology products, provide web design, development & maintenance services and offer PC, networking & Microsoft software consulting services to Small Office Home Office (SOHO) clients.
Tom is an instructor, developer and consultant with AmericanBlue consulting, St. Petersburg, Florida. He specializes in Internet User topics. Tom also teaches website development for youngsters - aged 6 to 10 years.
Tom volunteers at the Enoch Davis Community Center each summer where he teaches MS Office fundamentals and Internet fundamentals.
Founder of Keyboards-for-Kids, Tom refurbishes used PCs for redeployment to 'inner city' children.
In addition to his time at IBM, Tom has worked for Barclay's Bank, Emerson Electronics, Clark Equipment Company and provided extensive consulting services to Virginia Electric Power.
Tom is president of the Charlotte Georgia Tech Alumni Club, a charter member of the SIG TECH-Novation and active in the Queen City Chapter of the Academy of Certified Hazardous Materials Managers. Tom also volunteers at the Gaston College radio station WSGE 91.7FM.
Tom is a Graduate of Georgia Tech with a Bachelor Degree in Engineering and has completed graduate work at IBM's Systems Research Institute in New York City.
